Politics Through A Wider Lens
framing ideas and solutions for California’s future
Artist. Photographer. Writer. (Ex)Tech Engineer.
With a strong interest in politics.
I am those things, but I am not a Politician.
A lot of people have opinions about government – California’s leadership, the state of the nation, and everything happening in 2025 so far. But fewer people are talking about solutions. Even fewer are offering ideas on how to repair what’s broken or how to build on what’s already working.
That’s where I come in.
My mission is to write about real solutions to today’s challenges, and to spotlight what is going right. Because progress isn’t just about critique. It’s about vision, momentum, and the courage to move forward.
I care deeply about making the world – and California – a better, more livable place for all of us, day by day. Even in uncertain times, I believe in our power to shape the future.
What I love most about California is its diversity – so many cultures, voices, and stories woven together. I love our vibrant creative communities, our wild and beautiful landscapes, and our innovative spirit.
Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing ideas for how we can move more boldly into the future – ideas that honor all that’s good about our beautiful Pacific Coast state and keep us pushing for more.
Below are just some of the issues I will be writing/blogging about here:
